Welcome to Shadow Revolution. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using Shadow Revolution, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shadow Revolution. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To play Shadow Revolution, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activity on your account

Invitation Codes: Account creation requires a valid invitation code. Codes may not be sold or traded. We reserve the right to revoke access for invitation code abuse.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

When using Shadow Revolution, you agree NOT to:

  • Cheat or exploit: Use bots, hacks, GPS spoofing, or any method to falsify your location
  • Harass others: Threaten, abuse, or harass other players
  • Trespass: Enter private property or restricted areas to play
  • Endanger yourself: Play while driving or in unsafe conditions
  • Share accounts: Allow others to use your account
  • Create multiple accounts: Each player may only have one account
  • Sell or trade accounts: Accounts are non-transferable
  • Reverse engineer: Decompile or attempt to extract source code

5. LOCATION-BASED GAMEPLAY

Shadow Revolution uses your device's location. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your safety while playing
  • You must obey all local laws and respect private property
  • You should not play while operating a vehicle
  • You should be aware of your surroundings at all times
  • Weather and terrain may pose risks - use good judgment

6. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS

§SRT and other in-game items are virtual goods with no real-world value. They are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time.

  • Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money
  • Virtual items are non-transferable except through in-game mechanics
  • We are not responsible for lost items due to technical issues

7. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it in connection with our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Shadow Revolution, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. DISCLAIMERS

Shadow Revolution is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
